On the 4th and 5th of July, for the third year in a row, Le Grand Fooding will be held in Milan, Italy.
The theme for the 2012 edition will be “Pelle all’Arrabbiata” (a word pun on 'penne all'arrabbiata' pasta and 'pelle', skin): the whole evening will be in fact dedicated to chefs, their food and their tattoos.
The event will also be the perfect occasion to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Aranciata SanPellegrino. Featuring this year’s event will be big names from around the world: James Lowe & Isaac Mchale (The Young Turks – London, UK), Eugenio Roncoroni & Beniamino Nespor (Al Mercato – Milano, Italy), Jon Shook & Vinny Dotolo (Animal – Los Angeles, USA), Jérôme Bigot (Les Grès – Lindry, France), Wade Brown & Andreas Dahlberg (Bastard – Malmö, Sweden) and Matteo Torretta (Visconti street Food / Al V Piano – Milano, Italy).
All food lovers near Milan, should be sure to save the date: Le Grand Fooding will be at the “La Segheria" in via Meda, 24 and will start at 7.00 PM. 20% of the proceeds will be donated to to a CAF ONLUS, a charity center that helps abused children and families in need: to purchase the tickets click here.
