Vegas Uncork’d food festival celebrates 10 years as the premier culinary and wine event in Las Vegas promising one of a kind experiences over four days capturing both the spirit of the city as well as the imagination of the culinary enthisiast. Bon Appetit hosts the food and wine event that starts on April 28 and finishes May 1 in Las Vegas.
Bolder and better than ever, an unparalleled collection of renowned chefs will mingle with crowds and prepare exquisite meals along with master sommeliers offering perfect wine pairings and innovative mixologists setting the mood with revolutionary cocktails.
Featured events will take place in downtown Las Vegas, as well as at a number of hotels and restaurants along the Strip. Participating chefs include Emeril Lagasse, Giada De Laurentiis, Michael Chow, Guy Savoy, Nobu Matsuhisa and Gordon Ramsay.
Highlights include a mystery dinner with Lagasse, a $1,000 omakase dinner with Matsuhisa, dinner and a show with Chow and a steakhouse redux at the Golden Steer with Michael Mina. Those up for a roasting can have a go at 'Beat the heat' with Chef Gordon Ramsay, his exciting event will put you up close and personal with the world-famous chef, while feasting on his signature dishes.
