The Identità Golose, will bring some of the world's most famous chefs to the Big Apple for this year's 6th edition. Sponsored by S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, three days will be dedicated to gourmet cuisine and friendly debates, from September 30th to 3rd October at Eataly, New York.
Themed 100% Italia, the prestigious congress will focus on Italian food and feature the participation of world-class Michelin-starred Italian chefs including Massimo Bottura, Carlo Cracco, Davide Scabin and Moreno Cedroni. Each chef has selected a simple ingredient or food product which they will champion during the seven masterclasses and two special dinners, including; eggs, bread, tomatoes, milk, extra virgin olive oil and pasta.
Here is the current schedule of events, including daily masterclasses and dinners on the Thursday and Friday evening at 7pm:
Thursday October 1st
12 pm masterclass with Massimo Bottura and Michael White (BREAD)
7 pm dinner: Massimo Bottura (antipasto) – Andrea Migliaccio (primo) – Moreno Cedroni (secondo) - Ugo Alciati (dessert)
Friday October 2nd
12 pm masterclass with Carlo Cracco and Jonathan Benno (EGG)
5 pm masterclass with Ugo Alciati and Marc Vetri (MILK)
7 pm dinner with Lidia Bastianich: Carlo Cracco (antipasto) – Davide Scabin (primo) – Mark Ladner (secondo) - Vito Mollica (dessert)
Saturday October 3rd
12 pm masterclass with Davide Scabin and Fortunato Nicotra (PASTA)
5 pm masterclass with Vito Mollica and Rita Sodi (BEAN)
