The phenomenally successful two day food symposium, Food On The Edge, is set to return to Galway, Ireland, this October for its second instalment, with even more international thought leaders scheduled to push the food boundaries.
Brainchild of Irish chef JP McMahon the gathering of great minds in a remote part of Ireland is a unique opportunity for chefs and food leaders to take to the stage and address some of the pressing issues of the industry in a forum of debate and shared interests.
Early bird tickets are already selling fast as the exciting line up continues to build with more speakers scheduled for this year including a new addition of Expert Panel Discussions.
This Year's Speakers:
Taking to the stage for their 15 minute talk time will be Daniel Burns, currently “one of the hottest chefs in New York city” who owns Luksus, Shaun Hill, owner of the Michelin Star restaurant The Walnut Tree in Wales, Tim Hollingsworth who recently opened the three Michelin star restaurant Otiumin in Los Angeles, and last but not least the prolific Italian chef Massimo Bottura of three Michelin star restaurant, Osteria Francescana, in Modena, Italy.

Last year's event had some stirring speeches on key topics addressing the Future of Food with the likes of Albert Adria talking about the sustainability of fish and Mark Moriarty on why less young people are becoming chefs, amongst many more.
Early bird tickets will be available until July for €350, from thereon the normal price of €400 will apply, both available on the website.
The Launch of Food On The Edge will take place in Amass Restaurant, Copenhagen, April 25th.
