Food Events: What's on in July 2019
Cook Japan Project
Until January 2020
Taking place over 10 months in Nihonbashi, Tokyo from April 2019 to January 2020 this is a serious project in international gastronomy. About 30 internationally renowned chefs will come to Japan and each create a unique degustation menu using Japanese ingredients.

Julien Royer from the Best Restaurant in Asia 2019, Odette, will be cooking on 4,5,6, and 7 July 2019.
Rodolfo Guzman from Borago in Chile, no.26 on The World's 50 Best Restaurant list, is cooking from 14 to 19 July 2019.
Rungthiwa Chummongkhon, chef at the Front Room in the Waldorf Astoria in Bangkok will be in the kitchen for 5 nights, from 23 to 28 July.
