Is the bone-chilling weather getting to you? Here’s some news that’ll cheer you up: Ferran Adrià will travel to New York City this winter to participate in a series of special events open to the public.
The acclaimed chef will be celebrating two special accomplishments: his first exhibit in the United States and the launch of his seven-volume book elBulli 2005- 2011, which details the history of his famed restaurant year by year.
2014 is gearing up to a a huge year for the chef who recently spoke to FDL about the meaning of cooking. Here is a breakdown of the events where you’ll be able to catch a glimpse of the chef or his amazing work:
