It's been a particularly creative year for legendary Spanish chef Ferran Adria outside of the kitchen, teaming up with Disney, exhibiting notes on creativity in Maastricht, and now he enters his next creative project exhibiting alongside fellow legendary Catalonian, the surrealist painter, Salvador Dali.
In an exhibition entitled: Ferran Adrià: The Invention of Food, Adria's culinary work will be showcased from 25 September – 27 November at the Florida museum, home to the largest Dalí collection outside of Europe.
Images of his creations and their inspiration from the natural world, creative notebooks elaborating his innovative thinking along with tableware and serve-ware he designed will all be on show.
Seven immersion dinners will take place throughout the event, plus a paella evening. Book in advance to avoid going hungry!
