A new series of dinners at the Bulgari Hotel in Milan kicked off last night with Danny Bowien from Mission Chinese in San Francisco and New York cooking the first.
The series of dinners are part of the Epicurea festival which aims to promote global gastronomy by invited a number of chefs from all over the world to show off their skills in Milan.
Yoshihiro Narisawa, Inaki Aizpitarte, Virgilio Martinez, Magnus Nilsson and Rene Redzepi are just some of the chefs lined up to cook at the monthly dinners which run until June.
The series will end with a special Italian feast prepared by Luca Fantin, the executive chef at Bulgari Restaurant Tokyo.
