Following on from the resolute success of their first collaboration back in May, leading South African chefs Chantel Dartnall and Gregory Czarnecki are set to join forces in the kitchen once again.
This time round chef Czarnecki (meet him in our interview) will host chef Dartnall at the breathtaking location of the Waterkloof Estate in Somerset West, SA, for two consecutive nights, on 13 and 14 September.
With a shared culinary philosophy and contemporary style, a 9-course menu will reflect the fusion of their combined skills and highlight their unique talents in the spectacular vineyard location. Wines will be selected from both the Mosaic Cellar and Waterkloof Estate and served along with S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna mineral waters.
