Chef Tam Kwok Fung, the master chef of two Michelin-starred Jade Dragon, gets ready to join resident executive Chinese chef, Jackie Ho, in a first-ever Michelin-standard collaboration at Mei Jiang Chinese restaurant, The Peninsula Bangkok.
The two chefs will prepare a unique six-course Cantonese dinner on two consecutive evenings held on December 2nd and 3rd, 2015. Showcasing modern techniques and innovative plating Chef Tam will feature some of his signature creations using the best in quality organic and farm-fresh ingredients from around the world.

With over 30 years of experience in Cantonese fine dining guest chef Tam Kwok Fung was a natural choice bringing with him a wealth of culinary experience accumulated across Asia, including cooking for royalty as well as a host of world leaders and key politicians.
Chef Ho will be a compatible kitchen ally practicing similar cooking principles to chef Tam, creating authentic Chinese delicacies using premium ingredients sourced from Thailand and beyond.
The award winning Mei Jiang Restaurant serves as a fitting location for this one off event, recognised as an exceptional Chinese restaurant in Bangkok city, and hosting what will be a memorable culinary collaboration.
