An exciting collaboration is due to unfold in Restaurant Mosaic this month when Chantel Dartnall hosts Gregory Czarnecki and team, from Restaurant at Waterkloof, for two nights of unforgettable dinners in Pretoria, South Africa.
The four hands dinner of joint creative forces, taking place on 24 and 25 May 2017, will offer lucky diners an unforgettable culinary feast of 8 courses served in the belle epoque styled interiors.
Named Eat Out S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna Chef of the Year in 2016, Gregory Czarnecki is known for his meticulous approach to cooking and impressive plating influenced by the natural environment: “Inspiration can be found everywhere; we are surrounded by it, from the seasons to paintings and flower arrangements. From fallen leaves to a certain colour palette or a fruit, anything can bring me inspiration.”
Sharing his mutual respect and appreciation for nature Dartnall, also Eat Out awarded, will make a perfect kitchen ally with her style of "botanical cuisine" reflecting mother nature on a plate, from the design of the dish down to the medicinal quailties of the plants included in each dish.
