Metamorphosis of Taste: Join Dominique Crenn, fresh from winning 3 Michelin stars for her San Francisco restaurant Atelier Crenn, and experience her “Poetic Culinaria” first hand.
Swedish Cuisine under the sun with Emma Bengtsson: The two Michelin starred Swedish Chef from Aquavit in Manhattan will be kicking off her shoes and introducing diners to Swedish cuisine drawing on her childhood memories growing up in a small fishing town.
Rum: How to be a pirate in 90 minutes with Charles Joly: The World Champion bartender will be diving into the wonderful world of rum - participants get a custom set of bar tools to take away as a keepsake.
Barefoot BBQ: Don your shorts and sandals for this backyard BBQ adopts on Seven Mile and dine under the stars as Chefs Eric Ripert, José Andrés and various other local and internationally acclaimed Chefs grill on the beach. Hand-crafted cocktails, live music, and sweet creations by Chef Jean François Suteau top the evening.
