Calling all baristas, coffee enthusiasts, professionals, coffee bar frequenters, experts or just curious coffee tasters … your moment has arrived to discover all things to do with a cup of joe! The Amsterdam Coffee Festival is back for its 6th edition from 1 to 3 March 2019 at Westergasfabriek in the Dutch capital.
The innovative coffee festival that celebrates all to do with coffee, from its subculture to its coffee scene will showcase more than one hundred stands with coffee related products, a food market, DJ’s, caffeine-fuelled cocktails and unlimited tasting opportunities, and has something to appeal all tastes and outlooks.
What's more, this edition comes with some exciting new additions as well as some returning favourites to watch out for.

Mindful coffee making
A brand-new multi-sensory, guided and meditative coffee tasting experience encouraging people to source, brew and consume coffee more mindfully, thinking from farming to waste.
This new will challenge 30 of the most renowned roasters from around the world to create a unique roasting profile of 5kg of green beans, given a month in advance and to present during the competition.

Latte Art Live
Latte art puts a smile on most coffee drinkers faces and it's here that the world’s top latte art specialists will showcase their skills on the Alpro and Friesche Vlag stage as well as allowing you to practice your own skills!
Coffee and cocktails combine as the Coffee Mixologists make jaw-dropping signature coffee cocktails, and teach with tip tips and hints.
Get the party started in The Fields and soak up the chilled Balearic beats while sipping on gin-based coffee-cocktails.
An array of interactive experiences, from demonstrations to workshops and tasting sessions, covers everything from ‘How to open a Specialty Coffee Bar’ to ‘Mastering the art of home brewing’.
Dutch Barista Championships
One of the most prestigious contests during the festival celebrates the best baristas, doing what they do best!
If you miss this exciting edition, the next stop for this global coffee festival is London from 28 to 31 March, followed by Cape Town later in the year.
