This annual event held in Columbus, Ohio features seminars, motivational panel discussions and hundreds of exhibitors showing off their latest products and the newest equipment for making pizza and ice cream - two of the most popular foods on the planet.
The NAPICS is a two-day event to take place February 15-16 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. It will kick off with a special breakfast on February 15th where guests will learn how some of the nation's top pizza and ice cream makers built successful business and how you can too.
Highlights of the conference include the participation of pizza acrobat Tony Gemignani,the only American ever to win the World Pizza Cup title in Naples, Italy. Gemignani is owner of seven pizzerias across the country and three cookbooks, including The Pizza Bible. He also became a certified pizza master in Italy.
