While most of America may be facing a frigid winter, things are heating up in Miami as the city prepares to host the 2014 Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival presented by Food & Wine.

Sponsored in part by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, the star-studded event will be held from February 20-23. The 13th edition of the festival will feature beloved personalities from the Food Network and the Cooking Channel like Giada De Laurentiis, Anne Burrell, Tyler Florence, Rachael Ray, Demi Mazar and Gabriele Corcos.

Big name celebrity chefs and restaurateurs attending the four-day event include Gaston Acurio, José Andrés, Daniel Boulud, Michelle Berstein, Marcus Samuelsson, Scott Conant, Anthony Bourdain, Wylie Dufresne, Ingrid Hoffman, Barbara Lynch and Spike Mendelsohn.
