The American chef Thomas Keller, winner of the World's 50 Best Restaurants Lifetime Achievement award in 2012, has hinted at plans of a new restaurant project in New York. Keller is remaining tight lipped about specific details but hinted about the new project in a recent interview with Vegas Seven who said the chef is considering opening another New York City restaurant that will be part of “an historic project.”
Keller spends the rest of the interview discussing his restaurant empire which includes the thee Michelin starred Per Se in New York and French Laundry in California.
He talks about the importance of the team and how he looks at his empire as a sports franchise, a message echoed in this video interview with chef Keller.
