Workshops at Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2014

Who will be on next year's list? There are no details yet and after covering the first edition of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, we can't help being excited to find out what's in store next. The list will be announced on February 24th in Singapore, meanwhile lets take a look at some of the Forum topics and Workshops (Feb 23-24th) featuring acclaimed chefs from The World’s 50 Best Restaurants - Joan Roca of El Celler de Can Roca, Yoshihiro Narisawa of Narisawa and David Thompson of Nahm.

For two days, a dozen of the world's most influential chefs and restaurateurs will exchange their visions for the future. On the first day the Forum debate will be on The Future of Food - Back to Our Roots.

The second day Workshop will be on Signature Dishes, the above mentioned chefs Joan Roca, Yoshihiro Narisawa, David Thompson, to name a few – will host small, intimate cooking classes where they will reveal their best kept kitchen secrets and distinct techniques, from sourcing to saucing.

Among the many sessions another will include The Rise of the Vegetable.
