This week began with a nod at America during election time. A long line of chefs have served the White House - from the French chef of the Kennedys to the first female chef who now serves the Obamas.
It's an intriguing line up of men, women, sous chefs and pastry chefs who cater to the tastes of the First Family and their honored guests. Not only do they prepare healthy meals that satisfy Michelle Obama but the chefs have also learned to make beer with President Obama's seal of approval.

Ben Shewry: The Honest Chef
