Café Boulud is one of several brands operated by renown chef Daniel Boulud, who recently announced a slew of restaurant openings across America. His flagship restaurant Daniel in New York City ranks 29th on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
