Young talents Adelaide Lala Tam (50 Next), Kurt Evans (S.Pellegrino's Champion of Change 2021), Mark Moriarty (2015 S.Pellegrino Young Chef Award Winner) and Manon Schenck will share their personal stories, inspiring the audience with insight, learnings, and experiences from their professional paths.

 

Part 3: “How to hack your own talent, by Heston Blumenthal”

Finally, Heston Blumenthal, owner of The Fat Duck in England and one of the world's elite chefs, will explore how everyone has the potential to improve their skills, offering actionable examples of how to succeed in doing so.

Former winner of S.Pellegrino Young Chef Italy, Paolo Griffa, and Manon Schenck will also be on-site preparing canapés influenced by the dishes that have so far defined their careers as chefs.
