Finally, Heston Blumenthal, owner of The Fat Duck in England and one of the world's elite chefs, will explore how everyone has the potential to improve their skills, offering actionable examples of how to succeed in doing so.
Former winner of S.Pellegrino Young Chef Italy, Paolo Griffa, and Manon Schenck will also be on-site preparing canapés influenced by the dishes that have so far defined their careers as chefs.
