For a fourth year in a row the Italian airline Alitalia has been voted as offering the Best Airline Cuisine by the Global Traveller magazine.
The airline was recognized for its being the most creative at tantalizing the taste buds with their regional Magnifica class menus that offer food and wine from across Italy.
The airline serves up a range of Italian dishes that were created alongside Alma, the international school of Italian cuisine.
The airline was also awarded the Best in Flight Wine Program at the Saveur Culinary Travel Awards.
It seems that Italians are taking their food driven approach to the air.
