Garlic: one of the building blocks of cuisine, a foundation of flavour used across the world in thousands of different dishes.
It’s one of the most commonly used ingredients in cooking but there’s one pretty obvious side effect to eating too much garlic - a breath bad enough to warn of the entire cast of the Twilight saga.
