French chef Alain Ducasse has had an incredible career studded with 21 Michelin stars and now he's adding another touch of sweetness: chocolate.
The acclaimed chef recently opened Le Chocolate Alain Ducasse, a bean-to-bar chocolate shop in the heart of Paris. The chef is pretty stoked about his new venture and posted a video on Facebook of all the chocolately action behind the scenes.
Ducasse teamed up with Nicolas Berger, the head pastry chef for his worldwide restaurant empire, to open the chocolate factory. In the video, you'll see how Berger mans the numerous machinery involved in the magical processes of making chocolate.
Le Chocolate opened back in March and gives the chef an excuse to dive into a field he's been passionate about since working as a chocolate maker back in the 1970s.
If you'd like to taste his chocolates but aren't planning a trip to Paris, you can place an order through the shop's website.
