Peruvian cuisine was this year's shining star at the Mistura Festival 2013 that just wrapped up in Lima. During 10 days, guests were able to witness witness firshand the talent behind Latin America's best chefs, incudingGaston Acurio who was recently topped Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants list.
