Here's a video preview of Brazilian chef Alex Atala's new cookbook to be released this fall by Phaidon. Atala is known as the best chef in South America.

Rene Redzepi, currently the world's best chef, is collaborating with Phaidon to publish a new cookbook collection this November.

Here's a peek at the cover the Mast Brothers Chocolate Cookbook, which contains a foreword by Thomas Keller, one of the world's best chefs.

The Roca Brothers, who run the world's second best restaurant, have officially launched their cookbook - a massive tome that weighs over six pounds.
