A healthy and tasty spaghetti recipe perfect for every pasta lover: whole-wheat spaghetti with smoked salmon and rocket
Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan and set aside.
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
Meanwhile, heat the oil and gently cook the leek for about 5 minutes or until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Drain the pasta and stir in the cooked leeks, lemon juice, rocket, olives, pine nuts and smoked salmon. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
