From elBulli chef Paco Roncero, a spectacular Martini recipe with a molecular gastronomy twist - waste some space for a spherified olive!
Strain Grey Goose into chilled glass spritzed with Noilly Prat vermouth.
Rub fresh vanilla seeds around the glass rim.
Garnish with a spherified olive, pour liquid nitrogen over the top to create a deep freeze effect.
