Cocoa With Marshmallows on A Stick

Marshmallow 12 each, large and white
Chocolate 100 g, dark, 60% cocoa solids, cut into thin sticks
Edible food dust Pink or orange

Preparation

Heat the grill. Line the grill pan with non-stick baking paper.

Thread 2 marshmallows onto wooden skewers. Place the marshmallows on the grill pan and grill for 30-60 seconds. Gently turn the marshmallows over and grill for a few seconds until golden brown.

Immediately press the chocolate sticks in diagonal lines into the hot marshmallows.

Using a small brush, gently apply the food dust in diagonal lines on the marshmallows. Serve with hot cocoa.
