Here's an interesting way to fight violence: how about you pick up a vegetable weapon?
That's the idea that inspired Japanese photographer Tsuyoshi Ozawa to travel the world for the past decade and photograph women holding weapons made of mostly vegetables.
Each weapon represents a dish from the model's homeland. After the shoot, the photographer and his model enjoy a hot-pot style meal made of the ingredients of the vegetable weapon.
Ozawa's ingenious portraits are part of his Vegetable Weapon project which will be on display at Tokyo's Misa Shin Gallery from September 21 through November 2nd.
