Finally, the team at Grant Achatz's Next in Chicago has given us some clues as to their upcoming fall Kyoto menu.

After teasing us with cryptic videos that were dark and bloody and shed no light on their menu, the team has released a video of the beautiful Japanese autumn dishes they will be serving in just a few weeks.

Artistic and whimsical, the video is narrated by a geisha played by Janet Tong. During the course of the two-minute video we see that nature - whether its the moon, the stars or leaves from a tree - find their way onto the table in the form masterly crafted broths, fried lotus roots or fish and meat dishes.
