A series of mouth-watering tarts inspired by the famous U.S. brand Pantone has just been created for the culinary magazine Fricote by the French food designer Emilie de Griottes. Tomatoes, carrots, lemons, bananas or raspberries are arranged upon a tarte base, whose white iced bottom is marked with the pantone code: so that you can choose your favourite fruit, vegetable or... colour.
