Why not throw some kabobs on the grill during your next barbecue? These grilled beef and veal kabobs make a great summer meal.

Juicy, tender and flavorful, these grilled kabobs are very easy to make.  You simply mix all the ingredients together, as if you were mixing meatballs. But instead of shaping the meat into balls you will mold them into small cylinders. Then you insert the skewers and they are ready for the grill.

We suggest pairing these grilled kabobs with a side of Greek salad or grilled tomatoes with bread and olive crust.
