Shirley over at the Kokken blog has created a really detailed post on her new found passion for Italian coffee.

Explaining that she was never much of a coffee person, Shirley goes on to talk about a trip to Italy and how this changed everything for her.

She then proceeds to offer up a lovely recipe for her favorite, a coffee shot with chocolate and frothed milk.
