By Rose Y.Colón on
These adorable Thai shrimp rolls look more like beggar's purses than egg rolls. They are just the thing to add a special touch to a brunch party or liven up your selection of appetizers.
To make the Thai shrimp rolls you'll need wonton skins. Just like you would any other stuffed dumpling, you place your filling in the center then wrap the wonton skin around it. The trick will be to moisten the edges of the wonton skin and tie firmly with a chive.
These Thai shrimp rolls make a great addition to a meal with Tom Yum soup with king prawns and kaffir lime leaves or chicken lettuce wraps.
