Grant Achatz and the crew at Alinea, Chicago, have created yet another amazing dish consisting of 86 different components - you really have to see this to believe. Red Onion, Lemon, Star Anise, Bay Leaf - just a few of the 86 components which are served with lamb to diners who then pick seperate ingredients from this mighty offering.
