The Relais & Châteaux Guide, first launched in 1961, is recognized as a reference book on the world’s finest hotels and restaurants. The 2011 Guide will have a print run of 780,000 and be available in six languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and, for the first time in Mandarin.

The 680 page guide will encompass a page on each of Relais & Châteaux’s 500 member properties. This year’s guide features 36 new member properties in six new destinations: Peru, Chile, Estonia, Vanuatu, Sri Lanka, Laos and six new cities: Rio de Janeiro, Kobe, Shanghai, Washington DC, San Diego, and Casablanca.

The guide is available also as an iPhone app: with this application, you will be able to search and book a room or a table in any of the hotels and gourmet restaurants. There are 3 ways of searching: with geolocalisation, with the possibility to verify room availability on the same day, by destination and by property name.
