By FDL on
Coffee just doesn't taste the same when you make it at home. A coffee bar just has something over home coffee - the air, the pressure, the bean they use - whatever it is, home coffee is always overshadowed.
But that may change with the launch of a new coffee maker designed around the famous 1947 La Sorrentina coffee maker created by Milanese designer Giordano Robbiati.
This new take on the La Sorrentina claims to offer all the functionality of the original design - great coffee, fast brew and the ability to froth milk - all housed in a simple design perfect for the home.
At over $400 dollars it doesn't come cheap but if you're serious about great tasting coffee this could be the one for you.
