Elsa Lambinet, food designer and one of ECAL’s latest enfant prodiges has developed the perfect tool for this purpose. Inspired by the homonymous thrust generator Lambinet’s propeller is a little instrument that substitutes coffee spoons.

Designed in association with British designer Alexander Taylor during her master’s degree, the ingenious appliance is vaiting for an investor in order to enter in production.
